Let’s be real, we won the ship in 2013 with mediocre players. Ugly whores gave us no upper hand. Our 2012 team was filled with okay to decent players too, and the only team that stood in our way was Anthony Davis’s 2012 squad.

Hate to bring logic into this thread, but I honestly think the move was best for both parties. He would get more shine elsewhere, and UK is still actively recruiting 3 other 3s that are his size - and will probably get 2 of them.

And that doesn’t even factor in the number of holdovers from this year. Dude is a multi year tweener and will probably graduate from whatever school he attends, so it’s important that he gets this decision right.

Huh? Hank, your analysis can be applied to Khalil Whitney as well. He could be "the man" at another Power 5 school as well.

None of these guys are superstar recruits who are guaranteed playing time at UK. It's not clear that Khalil Whitney is any better than DJ Jeffries.

Quade Green was ranked higher than SGA last year and SGA turned out to be the better player for instance.
