Depends on the 'we' tbh. I mean, I think the source is relevant. You guys are just as biased as me in terms of your perspective and kind of have a history of finding a narrative and being inflexible with it (as do I and will admit that completely). Everyone has their own bias that influences their perspective and in this case anyone who doesn't lay into him is seen as defending him. I'll admit I haven't gone after him because he is a UNC fan (and because I was late to the show and all the jokes were taken anyway). I won't agree with the perception of defense as legitimate when I feel I've clearly stated why that isn't the case with no legitimate example to counter. Maybe so and I did it without realizing but am not looking back when I don't think so. I just don't think going after Scotty is really unreasonable. I never took either of them seriously though because all they do is hate on another team instead of care about their own. I'm a little surprised anyone takes that guy seriously though. I'm surprised anyone would use him as a dude to ride with.
I feel a defense would have been to go after people ragging him. I went after a few posters, mainly one, who I think are terrible because they deserve it for the hell they have spewed about UNC. I know we'll just disagree but I don't think I went after a ton of people who made fun of him (rightly so) because I don't care that people went after him. I commented to a specific dude and using this was perfect because it was the dude he hates the most and is so like. I'm pretty sure before this I seldom even directly commented to him in agreement though. Mainly I was only with him regarding issues as I was with any other fan on the right side of the argument. Regardless, I post a lot so maybe defended him in some way I don't remember, lol. It's certainly possible.

I respect your opinion & I agree that I hate on UK more than anyone else on this board. I don’t agree with you that I don’t take care of my own team. There’s only been a few posters on here that has defended UNC & stood up for them during the NCAA witch hunt & I feel as if I’m one of them.
