the Randle to KU stuff came from "The Shiver" which was a KU site, it is now a part of the 24/7 family
as i stated MS had no source on it and got mad and claimed a lot of stuff after he was proven wrong on the Randle recruitment

They said in the two articles academic fraud but they focused more on the cash (which was proven to be false).

I believe Kansas is very dirty. I believe Self when he is heard on tape asking Adidas to help him get top players. That is what I believe. Why would he even deal with a known crook? Because he is guilty. Kansas has had several players in trouble with the NCAA. Where there is smoke there is fire.

I also believe Kansas is dirty. I just hope they don’t get in too much trouble. My whole point earlier though was none of us know just how dirty all of our schools actually are. I wouldn’t throw other schools under the bus when my team could be next.

Kids that go to some schools get more than a room and a scholarship. They get marketing, a brand built prior to the draft. Some schools can't offer that.

I’m not so sure that the schools are doing the actual payments. Seems more like a booster or Adidas/Nike rep thing to do. And since it is happening you would think that recruits want what everybody else is getting. Kind of makes sense in those regards for people to almost always say yes to the payment when it’s being offered and rarely does it ever backfire. Until now of course.
Why did he have an announcement then if he was already committed? If he hadn’t signed a LOI then he could still change his mind. Kids commit all the time and then go to another school before signing day.

LSU fans have no ethics. After reading multiple threads at the Tiger Droppings site , I learned 99% of the fans are defending Wade and want him reinstated. He cheated and should be banned for life from college basketball. It is time to clean this sordid college game up. We need to start somewhere and it might as well be at LSU.
Wrong. College basketball has no ethics. It would be hypocritical to punish Wade for the crime of getting caught when there are countless other coaches and programs doing the same thing.

Wade's biggest problems are probably not with the NCAA. The FBI does not get involved with NCAA rules violations, they are involved with FEDERAL CRIMES.
Wade had best lawyer up. We are talking about hard time Tigerocker not NCAA rules violations.
They are involved with $$$ and that's it. They don't care about anything else College related.
Wade hasn't done enough to do hard time. They have to prove he gave payments which is going to be hard to prove. He is being subpoened in defense of Dawkins not against or anything to do with Wade. Not saying they couldn't possibly find something but what he said on the phone is hardly enough evidence to put him in jail over. They better find lots more and if they can so be it.
So the FBI just wastes their time taping innocent folks discussing the weather.
It is a NCAA violation to make offers-- there is not a requirement of acceptance of the offer nor does there have to be proof of payment for it to be a violation. Wade is recorded discussing offers which is an NCAA violation. From the sound of it there has been actual payments and some of the players currently on the team are in violation.
What other coaches are doing the same thing and not being punished?

So the fact that proof of wrongdoing was provided to the AD isn't enough for you? You want the AD to just ignore the proof that was given and allow WW to continue coaching knowing he arranged payments for a player?

Probably most if not all of them. It's pretty obvious from a common sense analysis that there are MANY teams that are cheating. Offers aren't being made by just LSU and Arizona. Already over 17 schools have been mentioned in connection with this. If this is really that hard for you to comprehend I suggest you eat a bag of dicks.

No, it's not obvious that everyone is doing it. How would you like to be accused of something you didn't do by someone that has no proof?

If there are 17 schools that are legitimately a part of the scandal, they will be dealt with.
