UNC, Duke, UK....

.

What in the hell would an Auburn fan know about winning a title? . News flash: those things are hard to win. We have 8. Duke has 5. UNC has 6.

I have seen auburn win titles in a far harder sport to win them at.

So you fail to win titles at easier sports?

As an overall athletic department Auburn was won more titles Than UK has. Just think. As average as your football program is it still makes more money than your basketball program.

We're also one of a handful of the sports teams that runs a profit and gives money back to the university.

The same thing that kept calipari away for so long. People making up shit. Kentucky fans loved calling Cal a cheater before they hired him

Cal took UMass and Memphis to the final four, And a title game. Cal went to the NBA. Huge difference

This season I would give us a 50/50 shot at beating all of them. No one is scared of team that lost to the great powers of Evansville or SFA.

And yet you think somebody fears Auburn and Bruce Pearl? Laughing It’s a national conspiracy to keep from giving auburn their due.

What’s keeping this legend at such a garbage school?
He said as soon as Calipari leaves Pearl will leave Auburn. I'm surprised the NBA hasn't come calling for Pearl's wisdom. Maybe they're waiting for Pearl to do something more than a single FF run. IDK.

Your basketball team is aided being in a conference that has made loads of money off football. The SEC is where it’s at today due to football .

I didn’t say anyone fears us. This will now be the 4th time you have made something up in this thread. Quit talking out of your ass

Let’s not act like the nba is the best at hiring head coaches. I mean hell calipari bombed in the nba because of course his talent advantage wasn’t there anymore

Kentucky basketball runs at a profit every year and gives back to the university every year.

Yes but your football program still makes more money than your basketball program. Which goes back to my point. You having sec football money helps drive things for your basketball program.

What? Auburn made a lot more money last year as an athletic department than UK did.
Uk's basketball team made 50 million in profit last year. Auburn's football made just over 60 million. I wonder (without looking it up,what UK's football made compared to Auburn's basketball.) per Forbes.

Auburn was 10th in revenue last year. uK was 17th in overall. Again football is what drives the needle and your football program aids in helping your basketball program.

After looking further, you guys only cleared 47 million profit (after expenses). That's below our basketball program. Again, I wonder if our football makes more than your basketball team.

We are looking at revenues only. You can’t Compare with expenses because spending in football to compete at highest level is vastly higher than basketball. It’s not a legit comparison

No because he has been able to keep a talent advantage. You guys sure make a lot of excuses for him though.
Cal was 189-70 @ UMass(73%).
He was 214-78 at Memphis(75%)

Combined he was 403-148 at Umass and Memphis---74% winning percentage.

What type of huge talent gap did he have at those two schools?

No it’s you that doesn’t get the point.
Exactly what point is that? That high ceiling talent doesn't win? But, I mean, I just showed it does. Sure it helps to have veteran dudes. Never said it doesn't. But look at past winners---All have had elite, Top 50, 5* dudes.

Carolina---Check
Duke---Check
UK---Check
Nova---Check
UVA---Check

I don't care how experienced you are---If you do not have elite talent to go with it---You ain't winning the whole thing. Ain't happening. I mean you should know this---You root for Auburn.
