Trump

You know how I know you’re gay?

Looks like we are going to end up with 142-145MM votes this election. That's strange because I heard a lot yesterday and leading up to yesterday about a record turnout and brutally long lines even after record early voting.

So can someone provide a reasonable explanation for this?

2020 was anomaly. Pandemic.

Not sure Dems have 71 million.

That's the primary reason, imo. Most people had nothing else to do. At least going to the polls gave them a reason to leave the house. I assume there were also a lot more mail-in ballots cast in 2020.

Only 1/3 of votes were casted at polling places in 2020. The rest were mail-in ballots. Only 17% of Biden's votes were casted at the polls.

And we're expected to believe JaBiden got 67 million legitimate mail-in votes. 😂

We’ll see. Fear tactics would usually be made-up things.

Don isn’t up for reelection after these 4 years and obviously won’t care about his successor, so he really doesn’t have any reason not to do ridiculous things. There are no ramifications, no consequences for him.
MSNBC just told me that he was going to outlaw elections and turn himself into a king. There won’t be a successor until he dies and then it will be 7’4 Baron Trump.

In fairness, Trump did say this would be the “last time we have to vote.”

Lol. You just refuse to apply context. You're as bad as the "very fine people" crowd.

I haven’t refused anything. There's no context that makes sense. He had a chance to explain himself and it made even less sense. You even admitted it made no sense, but chalked it up to "Trump says the darndest things." Are we really going to treat a two-time POTUS like a pre-teen who doesn't know what's coming out of his mouth? I think we can hold him to a higher standard of accountability than that. Especially when it's claimed that he's functioning on a much higher level cognitively than the potato currently in office.

He’s either completely out of his mind or lying about what he intended to say. Which is it?

I admitted that I didn't know what he was trying to say when he said it. But if you had the slightest ability to see past what you think he means, he is saying that the particular group of Christians he was talking to would never have to vote again. He absolutely was not saying that there would not be another election. Just dumb, and you are smarter than your reaction to this. At least I thought so. For someone who fights the mainstream narrative so hard, you sure ate this one up.

But seriously, past the joking, I hope folks will turn down the rhetoric and stop promoting so much division.

Fat chance I'm sure, but one can hope.

That’s usually a message that comes from the top. Based on 8 years of constantly talking to America, that ain’t a message the top is going to send. There’s a very good argument that sowing division was a big part of the winning strategy.

The ones who voted for Brexit? Probably not the ones you want on your side
You're right. They should be excited about their current migration situation and their jail time for speaking against it.

It was certainly a big part of the losing strategy.

Nope. Calling her opponent Hitler and his supporters nazis didn't work.

The mainstream narrative (as far as I can tell, since I rarely watch that garbage) is that Trump intends to turn America into a dictatorship. I don't believe that.

I also don't believe his BS explanation. Christians don't vote? They vote in larger numbers than any other group. Is he really this moronic? Even if he were just referring to a subset of Christians that don't typically vote....why in God's name would they not need to vote again? They lost the previous election. No one in his right mind would claim that any group of supporters could sit the next one out.

Have you heard Trump speak about his enemies?

That’s rhetorical. You and I both know you have and you know what he and his supporters have said.

About 20-50 million people in that particular group of Christians don’t typically vote. Nobody ever said that Christians don't vote at all. I don't see how you're struggling to understand this. And again, Trump embellished a lot, he lies a lot. He says a lot of stupid things. But he absolutely did not claim that there would not be another election if they voted for him.

The man incited a riot because he legitimately lost an election that he knew he legitimately lost. Don’t put anything past him.

Trump, without defending him, is typically a reactive insulter. You're acting as if he is the only one who plays this game. Obama was the biggest divider of our time. Then Hillary tried to up his game. Trump may say divisive things, but it is the left and their propaganda outlets who are the biggest dividers of all time. Half of what y'all say Trump says that is divisive is either out of context soundbites or flat out lies that are meant to divide. Such a stupid hill for libs to die on.

Dear Jesus. Now we're lying about him inciting a riot in a conversation that has absolutely nothing to do with January 6th. You are a mess man. Go take you Xanax and cuddle with you dog.

You don’t see how inciting a riot (he did it, we have the video, there’s no other way to spin it) relates to his dangerous rhetoric?
