This Is Disturbing

So I ran across this video of a guy filming in New York who believes he is a "Targeted Individual". There are thousands of these people globally, who believe they are being stalked by some big organization, and that you and I are in on it.

These are people that are out there in our society. This is one strange world.

It's weird to think that there are people out there who have rationalized this, and it is worrisome to think that if they are that delusional, how close are they to shooting up a place based on what they believe?

That's the part that is disturbing. You never know who you're standing next to in public, and if today is the day.
