This is the most confusing UK team I think I've ever seen. I honestly don't know what to expect game to game.

Anybody got any thoughts on the officiating? Reeves going off in the first half, we go up 12, then he picks up 3 off ball fouls in the first five minutes of the second half, like he decided to start defending erratically?

My memory is terrible as far as specifics. I just know it happens way too often and UK is on the losing end of buzzer beaters much more often than they are on the winning end, it seems.
The fact this thing went to the buzzer after having NO trouble with them into the second half seems odd. Is it just me?
The officiating sucked ass but you have to work pretty hard to blow a 15 point second half lead against a terrible team like LSU. As far as the goaltending shit, they need to have a rule change. #1 it needs to be reviewed immediately, just like fouls are, because it could change how the game is played and what shots are taken. #2 they need to treat it like a block and don't blow the whistle until there is clear possession by someone and definitely don't blow it when it leads to a fast break. Let it play out and review it after. I have seen that stupid shit jack up so many games already shit year. Cost UK an easy 2 on the would be runout off the block.

I never look at FT disparity as an indicator of bad officiating. That isn't even a huge disparity compared to other games I have seen this year. LSU was attacking the paint a lot more too. That can happen even with good officiating. Happens a lot between teams with 2 very different styles of play.

The obnoxious level was way too apparent tonight.
Right at the point every defensive trip down the floor was a foul, or for the offensive minded; at the point the game was getting out of hand after our run.

When Jay Williams calls out 6 calls, something is off.

Should have never got to be a dogfight, we had a 15 point lead, but Cal got cute with the lineups and it desolved in 2 minutes. All the sudden Burks is getting minutes. Cal should be shrinking the lineups, not growing them.
Our potent offense is also disolving, just like it usually does this time of year.
Heck, UK had 10 fouls called on them halfway through the second half. That's one way to shut Reeves and Ugo down I guess.
I don't understand how that same team had zero foul trouble at Auburn, but every touch was a foul against LSU. The refs can control the game any way they want.

Reeves was on fire, but Cal kept benching him. He is the king at icing a hot player.
There are two lottery picks on this team, both play behind two duds that were supposed to be lottery picks and Cal can't let it go.
Just play the best players and stop the nonsense.
I think he thought they had it won when they were up 15, all the sudden we're he was playing lineups with Burks, Bradshaw, Ugo and Edwards. That makes no sense to me.

Every moving screen was a touch foul on our best players. Reeves was on fire, but the refs squashed that.
If they call the game the way most games are called, UK wins going away.
Instead, LSU gets 26 free throws, UK gets 12.
