SEC race is going to be a good one between UK and UT...

There's no getting around time frames. But all time is the Mother of All Time Frames. All time is good to brag about, current trending time frames are also good to brag about. Nothing wrong with either. But they're apple to oranges most of the time.
They are apples and oranges, but a timeframe is basically a slice from a pie chart. ALL Time is the whole pie chart.
The timeframers on this board keep trying to make their slice of the pie somehow 'bigger' than the rest of the pie. That's never gonna work.

Both are time frames. The problem is that you can't stand the fact that other teams have things to cheer about. You are generally the one that expands or changes the time frame in the first place.

Time framing aside, I would think SEC comes down to UK and UT this year. I would anticipate each team to win at home. Would be a lot of fun to see both teams play in the SEC Tournament championship (similarly to 2018)...even though the selection committee has made it clear that the final Sunday game has no impact on overall seeding, which is beyond stupid (like they don't have the technical infrastructure in place to create multiple brackets based upon Sunday's results, so dumb).

You will never be able to justify your 'pie piece is greater than the whole pie' ideology, but it's comical watching you give it the ol' college try.

I agree it could come down to UT and UK. I also agree that they should either move it SECT up a day or count the Sunday.

Has anybody ever actually said a piece of the pie is greater than the whole pie?

They may have said "I prefer this fresh slice over that old rotten one," sure.

What's funny is you interjecting time frames when the current subject doesn't allow you to gloat.

Tennessee is ranked in the top 5 of the Associated Press Poll for the 19th time in the past six seasons under Rick Barnes. It was ranked in the top 5 17 times in the previous 70 seasons. Why would Vol fans not be jazzed about that? Why would you even care? We all deserve the right to be happy JC.

I may have to amend what I said earlier about the SEC being between UK and UT...Auburn has looked good. Guarantee you nobody else will go into Arkansas and win by 30+, or even 20+...very impressive.

True, but in the here and now the Vols have the edge.
...as the brooming of last season is still in effect (keeping in mind that ut was swept by UK team that wasn't as good as the current one).... no, the vols do not have the edge.

Denial ain’t a river in Egypt, but it is where you are floating JC. You are just having a hard time dealing with the world order. Give it time.

I can see why y'all no longer do it.
Name names or else it's just stereotyping without context.

That line of thinking is tough to take seriously.

Hyperbole is a great crutch.

In this case, we have names of fanbases doing it.

Three lines to say one thing, that must have hit home.

Anywho, welcome back. Who banned you?

Why bring up my or the way I type.?
There's a subject going on.

...I thought you preferred to stick to sports. That's what I was told...

That's nice to know and enjoy your water.:)
Sorry Della, been busy and was a bit distracted. Have family coming down this weekend.

When folks lump in fanbases it's just an easy response. (damn I'm bleeding) , so it's easy to say which ones. "
I never expected you to answer, I'd never lump you in with @ABVolsFan92 . two entirely different posters.

Nice team and I don[t expect us to sweep again.

Denial is harping about rankings or any other useless metric to try to get over on your rival. With your one ELITE 8 in the entire history of ut mens basketball, you think these metrics somehow keep you afloat.

I have never denied y'all's history, but the Vols have been steadily ahad of the Cats for years now.
