I agree, if he is found guilty. Miller is claiming he will be “vindicated.” I personally am inclined to wait to condemn him until more facts come out and give the guy a chance to defend himself. The court of public opinion has him guilty and never being my able to get another job. (The media as always is being very irresponsible here) Despite not being charged with anything yet.

It is very possible to see WVU named because you have no control over a player taking money before they come to college or even after they get there.
