Williams home town in where the shop is. He comes in all the time. He's a lot of fun. I don't have the balls to say he was a ll bitch on the amazing race.

I would have never thought bowling was big in Memphis, but it's huge. The bowling alleys are lit. I know a guy who a pro bowler and motorcycle circuit. I would post a pic, but Kevin made fun of my lack of beard oil.

This is me doing filler stuff, and bored as hell.

Pretty good stuff with Biden admitting that he never had a plan for covid. Says what should have been obvious from the beginning, that states are responsible for governing themselves. Does this mean that he will lift his stupid federal vaccine mandate?

Remember this?

Isnt that what the school board and district school boards are for. Don't parents and community members vote people in that are their voice when deciding on curriculum?

States and districts make these decisions. There is not one rule that makes all states the same but in general the districts make decisions that align with state mandates. Teachers cannot just go rogue and teach whatever they wish if they want to keep their job regardless of what people say. Teachers can choose various mediums and options as long as they don't violate policy. School boards and the district are both involved in most of these decisions. So parents have a say with their vote, just like with most things.

Then they shouldn't be burdened with the tax dollars that pay the teacher's salaries, no?

You don't decide which roads get repaved do you? Don't our tax dollars pay for that. I once had a parent who sent in information about the Aryan Nation demanding that I introduce this to the other students in the room. This is extreme but where do we draw the line on parents wanting their children taught or not taught certain things.

The problem with education is everyone thinks they know how things work and should work because they once went to school. It's just an absurd POV.

Teaching and news go hand in hand. Does teachers try and pass opinions off as facts, or just stick to the actual news.
