Can you call?I'm getting a little worried about the above three. They live close.
Tried bert no answer, hesitant to call @cbd (guy works a month at a time). I don't have Villains number. Can you call?
No. 99.9% of houses here have basements. I’d say about 15% of houses have finished basements with game rooms and stuff.
Yeah, when we built we planned on finishinf the basement except for the section we use for storms, which is seperated by a door I installed anyway. But it is so nice to have that much room to store everything we need and hit golf balls and work out and all that I don't want it finished now. Maybe put a bathroom down there one day but even that would take up a lot of room we use for storage. The biggest issue with basements here is all the rain and moisture. You have to really waterproof them inside and outside. Not sure if that is a huge issue farther north or not.
Where we live now by far the most common design is single story ranch homes. We need the finished basement because it basically doubles our living space. It’s where I have my biggest TV, bar table, PS4, etc. I actually just dropped $1200 on a home theater for down there .
Yeah, it would be cool to have an extra area like that. I have a TV and stuff down there to watch if I'm messing around. Ours is single story as well and not massive but fine for us. Plus, the way prices have skyrocketed here for land and houses we don't really need it for equity or resale anymore. It is tempting though.
I do miss a good system. I used to have a JBL surround system that I loved but the subwoofer blew and some of the satellites barely work anymore. Need to get a new one.
I can't get over debris flying 37,000 feet in the air. They are finding shit in Indiana that came from that tornado.
Imagine looking out the window of a commercial jet at 35K feet and seeing a cow flying by.I can't get over debris flying 37,000 feet in the air. They are finding shit in Indiana that came from that tornado.

Crazy how many media outlets reported the false narrative and tried to make it political. I doubt they will run the same amount of stories chastising the liar Jussie actually is.
