I can get on board----somewhat. BUT----there are other ways: Kneeling to the flag/playing of the anthem, while representing your country, to me just isn't the way to do so. It brings more attention to you, opposed to your cause. Or, well there is this...If a minority of people want to feel disrespected by it, then that’s for them to feel. I’m not going to tell them how to feel.
I’m just saying that protesting injustice doesn’t mean you dislike your country. It’s weird to make that connection.

No kneeling needed. They both wore "Human Right Badges" as well. BUT, at the end of the day---they STOOD.
Or hell, if it means that much---BOYCOTT the games altogether,. I tell ya why no athlete will boycott:
