He’s a better shooter than Race Thompson who was our 4 last year. He put up really solid numbers for UK this year.

Dave Thorson is one of the best HS coaches in Minnesota state history. He won 9 state championships. He's also an elite defensive coach. Since he started at Colorado State they went from 261 - 72 in defensive efficiency. Iowa would be lucky to have him. That's right, they don't hire defensive coaches.
He’s going to Virginia for their style of play? That’s a nice way Indiana way of looking it. He wanted out of Indiana.
We should find out soon but just saying, he's not not going to Illinois because he'd not want to play Indiana is worse logic. The coach he came to play for got fired so can't complain that's he's looking at his options.
False alarm. We were trying to connect dots on a vague post which included mention of Purdue potentially hiring Mitchell’s dad despite not having much of an opening in the post.

I wouldnt put too much thought into it. It was simply a mis-read of the situation by some posters. Including me.

Plus at least 2, maybe 3, new players, in addition possibly to a medical RS from last season rejoining the roster. So pretty much like a regular roster turnover.

I would think 18-13 is in pretty safely. I expect us to be around that record this coming year.
