Congrats on your historic sub .500 football team being relevant this year.
Like we get it Maryland football sucks.
Good for our freshman to see some pressure defense. Franklin, TJD and even Hunter.
yeah Franklin forced it a couple times and turned it over, but it’s good experience.
He will be an all league defender at some point in his career
I don't think we're even relevant this year, just having a really good year for Indiana. We're well aware of our place in college football. At least we're not Kansas .
I think he could be. Really like what we’re seeing from our freshman. They’re a really solid group.

I know we just beat a 1-win team but back-to-back weeks of game-winning drives by our 4th string guy is pretty cool to see.

19 straight touchdowns by a freshmen is a really absurd stat. If we can manage to keep the bucket that’s not a bad year all things considered.
Agree. 5-7 with all of the crap that happened this year I could live with that. Fully expect Wisky to throttle us.
That stat is absurd no doubt. A lot of talented freshmen. Get the o-line patched up and get guys healthy and let’s see how we do next year.
Think that’ll be tough. Not impossible but tough. Glad it’s in WL but it’ll be tough unless we get Rondale back which I’m not optimistic about.

I may even have to bet IU at -10. Purdue is not a good football team by any stretch of the imagination right now.
Yeah and Hunter played so well in the first game, he deserves to stick. Just curious because Sasha was clearly ahead of hunter and Proctor in the offseason and the foot issue obviously wasn’t that serious.
As @VulvHa said, I think Cline. He seems to be a little more mobile at this stage in his career than Cline was though so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a better defender/can do more going to the basket eventually. But he’s a kid that gets it, will bust his ass, be a plus shooter, and do the little things that matter.
Edit: and Painter always seems to turn someone into a really good defender out of nowhere (R. Davis, Mathias) I wouldn’t be surprised if Sasha is that next guy.
