*Official* B1G In-Season Thread

Changing my statement:
MSU, Wisconsin, and OSU are B1G basketball for the past 20 years.

$72.9MM - MSU

$59.2MM - Wisconsin

$45.8MM - OSU

$35.3MM - Purdue
$33.3MM - Illinois
$31.3MM - IU

$26.7MM - Michigan

$12.6MM - Iowa
$11.4MM - Minnesota

$5.7MM - Maryland *Not in B1G full 20 years
$4.1MM - PSU

$1.3MM - Nebraska
$1.1MM - Northwestern

$0.0 - Rutgers *Not in B1G full 20 years

Miles last year led them to their best single season record, and finished the year with just 7 scholarship players on a nice little run to end the season.

so why fire him Nebraska has been a nobody in BB and now their fans act like they have been relevant in BB and now want to fire him.

Well he also has the worst winning % of any Husker coach in an eternity, managed to take arguably the most talented Husker team of all time to the NIT, and is over shadowed by Hoiberg.

Soooo....yeah.

Maybe they don’t want to be like Iowa and settle for mediocrity.

Also joke defense and offense for IU in this stretch. Not quite sure why I care

Gil - Weren’t you saying that Hoiberg had turned down Nebraska?

As a matter of fact he was. Also said he believed Hoiberg was waiting on an NBA front office job.
Shocker, ole gilly is wrong again.
So what does the board think? Miles is onviously a fun guy, but can he coach and/or recruit? Purdue is about to have an opening for an assistant gig. Greg Gary is going to be taking the HC job at Mercer. Would Miles be a good addition to Painter’s staff?

THEY went further into the NCAAT than Wisconsin and 15-18 the season that Iowa went 14-19, [also beat Wisconsin 85-67

looks like Wisconsin is slipping into mediocrity

Dude, Nebraska has never won an NCAA Tournament game (the only P5 team that can say that). All of your coaches have been dogshit.

Yeah. No shit. Which validates the point further when a coach like Hoiberg becomes available.
