shocking what happens when the home refs disappear. Michigan likes to actually play basketball, not shoot free throws.
In summary: when Iowa had to actually play Michigan without their starters sitting the whole game with foul trouble, on a neutral court, they got wrecked.
or you can claim the swallowed their whistle in favor of Michigan, Iowa was top 5 in FTM and FTA and shot just 1 FT in the 1st half. Michigan is not that good
a team doesn't play 32 games and avg 22 FTM and 29 FTA and only shoot just 1 FT in a half not when Iowa was pounding inside most of the 1st half and into the 2nd half. every time Cook or Garza got it in the paint they were triple teamed where the mugging/hacking went uncalled.

but the game is over and its time to look to the future. this is the BTT where the whistle get swallowed and it shows up in the NCAAT where non BT refs don't play favorites and don't swallow their whistles. 2 years ago the BT tried to clear up the physical play and they did the 1st half of the season then the refs let it come back.

So a non Big Ten champ gets a 1 seed? Sure thing.
if michigan beats msu tomorrow, the other teams who are competing for the last #1 would be north carolina, who michigan beat by 19, and tennessee and kentucky, who both didnt win their conference.

iowa is exactly like Nebraska last year, a double digit home croud fueled win against michigan grossly overrated them. Then when they met Michigan on a neutral court they got taken to the woodshed.

also, thanks for confirming my point-Iowa doesn't want to actually play michigan straight up, they want free handouts from the refs and our starters to sit with foul trouble.

For example, Michigan beat minnesota by 27 and only shot 2 free throws. Thats why Beilein has 6 sweet 16s 4 elite 8s 2 championship game appearances 2 BTT titles, and Franny-pants has zilch
you're funny going into last season had won 6 in a row and 6 of the last this season they split. the difference in last nights game
Michigan went 10-30 for 33.3%
Iowa went 1-16 for 6.3%
Michigan 40 rebounds Iowa 37 rebounds
Michigan 4 blocks Iowa 4 blocks
Michigan 7 TO's Iowa 11 TO's
Michigan 8-12 FT's Iowa 10-18 with most of them after the games was pretty much over

no the game was lost because of 3 point mades and nothing else.

Michigan 10-26 from 3 Minnesota 2-12 from 3

now the qyestion is can Michigan keep hitting as many 3's as they have been

live by the 3 and die by the 3 and right now Michigan is living by the 3

there was a post about how Iowa's offense came from 25% from the FTL

Do you think if MSU wins they deserve a one seed?

Last season Michigan won 3 games sweeping Iowa for the 1st time since Fran's 1st season when Iowa also went 4-14 in the BT season, last season Iowa went 4-14. hmmm sweeping Iowa during their worst season is not a good look also Iowa not losing to Michigan from 2013 to the 17-18 season also not a good look.

thru out Fran's tenure Beilien has not come close to dominating Fran.
sucks doesn't it.

7 straight over Wisconsin?

Normal bragging is one thing. Coming to the forum after a one and done flameout in the conference tournament and still bragging about Cline’s assist total in the game is the shit that gets your fanbase laughed at.

I can’t imagine trying that hard to troll immediately after a bad loss. Sometimes it’s best to just eat crow and move on.
Agreed. We have some fans that try to hard to defend our schools basketball place. Which IMO is Top 25 range.

It isn’t likely but I am not going to fall out of my chair if Indiana is in the field tomorrow

You’ll be safe.

The Quad 1 wins with 0 quad 3/4 losses and SOS I think might do it. We just don’t know exactly what the committee will use and having more quad 1 wins and less quad 3/4 losses than everyone on the bubble might do it

When you compare the resumes to others it could happen. Washington needs to win the PAC12 tonight but the last couple of day results have been good for Indiana
I still don’t see it just looking at all the bracket projections, etc. Much lower than the 40-45% you give it anyway.
