I didn't watch the game so I can't speak to that. But that's a foul every minute of the game. I don't agree with Chambers though that it should have been 3 free throws.
And the intent of my post was to excoriate Carstensen, not to make a statement of Wisky's good fortune. He's such a bad ref. I'm continually amazed he has a job.
Shelby Mast has Iowa as an 8 seed so whoever said Iowa could be out, you could be right lol. Lose these last 2 and the first BTT game and we could be in Dayton or worse
Definitely some cringeworthy stuff, but I agree with some of it.
He has to be frustrated with his team. They go out and win big games but then get swept by Indiana, a .500 team. We also had a 59-51 lead late and didn’t score in the last 4:15 of the game.
They are all terrible. We got rid of idiots in Driscoll, Burr, etc but just replaced them with equal or bigger idiots.

that's pretty much it in a nut shell. that sad part is most of them were wide open looks.
one game Wieskamp goes 5-6 from 3 then he goes 0-3 in the next. Joe who was 44.5% from 3 and 50.1% from the field went 1-7 from the field 0-3 from 3, two of those missed were layups.
other than that I really don't know, they came out flat. maybe they are getting wore out this late in the season. Cook doesn't play with the same energy he started the season with.

Nunge would have provided a much needed relief at the 4 & 5 position. Pemsl would have provided relief at the 4 & 5 in a short lineup.
Not even the most optimistic Purdue fan could have predicted the season to turn out this well.
Yep, I would have said 5-6 place in the B1G and 25-30 or so in the rankings. This has been one of Painter’s best coaching jobs ever. He should finish in the top 4 for COY. Lose four senior starters and 5,000+ career points, but still truck on.
