dude. john calipari's background when kentucky hired him was no better than wade's so stop that. All teams that ever won in college sports broke ncaa rules at some point or another

Here's the funny part, Will Wade won the SEC reg title in year 2, it took Bruce Pearl 4 years to SHARE a title with UT. So, it looks like Will Wade is better than Bruce Pearl too.

First of all, Calipari did not commit a single transgression while at UK, so this is all a moot point anyway.
Second of all, Calipari was cleared of any wrong-doing in both cases. Camby took money from an agent, Cal had nothing to do with that. Rose cheated on an SAT before he got to Memphis, the NCAA cleared Rose, twice, again, Calipari was cleared, he had no knowledge of what Rose did.
Now, let's take a look at Bruce Pearl… .

In 2014, it was UK, Florida and everybody else, Pearl got his start in a very weak SEC.
You think Auburn in 2014 funded pearl as well as UK funds pope for basketball? In the portal era not having a roster doesnt mean shit. Auburn roster we had was a low mid major claiber roster. Pearl would have been vastly better had he been able to recruit a whole new one

Thats just dumb. Had Pearl gotten to recruit with the portal in 2014 I have no doubt we wouls have been a tourney caliber team. I would much rather have the ability to get a much better roster than be stuck with a bad roster. kentucky being kentucky deserves far more credit than anything for the roster you have now
Yup and those players signed max deals in the NBA, because Cal prioritized the NBA draft, no other program did/does that.
