He played at Illinois before and after I was born, but it's not surprising that he's a great broadcaster after reading his Wiki for the first time. Looks like he's played ball all over (all different pro talent levels and in a lot of different places/systems here and overseas). He's done a lot of Iowa games this year and he's been great in all of them. I think I only noticed it tonight because Iowa got their teeth kicked in and I was still pleased with the broadcast.
