Offense didn’t look that bad last season when Indiana had a lead guard that could get penetration into the paint consistently.
McNeeley made the right decision. The offense was ok/good with JHS/TJD. But its not a shooter friendly offense. I'd say seeing very little action being ran for Mgbako, played a huge role.
IU is likely going to be the early Crean years bad next season with zero identity or direction as a program.
Mgbako is averaging 5.8 attempts from 3 the last 6 games. So Woodson is making adjustments. Must have just been too late for McNeeley to have confidence that Woodson would use him any better.
He's terrible, man. Most of those attempts, nothing was ran. Created. Or in transition. They run maybe one or two sets a game for him. Ridiculous.

My guess is yes. Mgbako starting to flex----I could see him entering the draft. If not, he probably transfers. Same with renau----though he's likely to stay. After all, wouldn't you? Woodson's "throw it in the middle, every god damn single possession, offense" is a dream for MR.
