Sounds like his papers are in and I'm not sure if it's a recruiting violation once they are filed. Not sure if it's a violation if he choose to stay in Europe, either. He also didn't refer to Wagner by name so idk how that works with all of this.

That's an interesting point. I would guess he would still be considered an unsigned, recruitable prospect by the NCAA until he officially signed a professional contract. But that would seem like a waste of everyone's time to pursue a secondary violation in that scenario.
