most of Kinnick is below ground. the only place left for expansion is the South End Zone. even then the most they could add in seating is roughly 7500 more seats. there is no chance of them ever building a new stadium either.
Franz Wagner to Michigan. Absolutely massive pickup for Michigan at a position of need.

I figured you could put two and two together when I said “Wagner’s papers were in so Howard was allowed to comment on him”.
The possible violation was Howard commenting on a recruit who wasn’t signed.
Wagner was signed, though.
He just signed, his papers weren’t in yet. Laughing Relax it’s big nothing burger of a violation.
