How hot is Lovie’s seat if he loses to UConn? Wonder if he makes it through the season.
I'd imagine he's fired by the end of the season if he loses today. He needs 5 wins and some real improvement at the very least. We're not getting 5 wins if we lose to UConn.

The real true B1G teams are currently undefeated today, hopefully we can finish strong.
Yay, Purdue can hold onto a big lead when it doesn’t turn the ball over five times. Such a brilliant concept.

This guy is visiting MSU right now and just announced he'll make his commitment on the 10th. He was supposed to visit Kansas last weekend, but supposedly cancelled the visit. @KisteK - can you confirm he didn't make his KU visit?

Can confirm he never made it to Lawrence.
We have been hearing MSU or Memphis last I heard.

I've been in CO all weekend, and I'm not caught up tbh.

It was a good time. We spent the whole game at tables in the Beer Garden. Perfect weather!

Nice man! I got burnt pretty bad haha.

What’d you think of the new ribbon board in the north end zone?

Thanks. Sounds like he skipped his Memphis visit as well. He was at the MSU game yesterday and many "insiders" think he may have verballed

We are going to have depth at the 4-5 like we did in 2017-2018. Possibly 3 deep at both the 4 and 5. We really need to recruit some wings for this class. We will be quite thin there.

My face is pretty burnt as well. The new ribbon board is nice, but I wish there were a jumbotron on that end of the field. Spent a lot of time facing away from the field looking at the screen on the south end.

Yeah I can’t wait until the SEZ scoreboard is gone. That thing is an eyesore.

We have a bunch of unproven bigs. If Xavier has a good year I could see him declaring, and who does that leave MSU with next year other than Hauser?

Thomas Kithier, Marcus Bingham, and Julius Marble. Hall also plays some 4. We’ll have Hauser as you mentioned above, and we seem to be in a good spot for Sissoko, another 4-5. Tillman may or may not come back. Regardless, we will be very deep there.

Obviously Bingham and Marble are unproven as of now, but they may get some more minutes in this upcoming season.

The Wing is more of a concern. For the 2-3 spot, as of now, next year the only true wigs we have are Aaron Henry and Gabe Brown. Rocket is a combo guard. Hall can play wing a bit too. Not nearly as much depth there.

Whats the word on Caleb Furst? Recall people saying he wasn't as good as advertised in the past? Bruising PF type?

Good player and still has room to grow, but he's kind of a big, underskilled 4 / undersized 5 at this point. The kid moves well and has pretty good handles, played up a year and was still productive, but doesn't have a lot of range at this point while not being a true 5 either.

He's feel more like a ~75 type kid than a top 35 type IMO.

He is still a damn good player. I think between the two bigs in Indiana in that class, people see more upside with Trey Kaufman. I personally would be fine with either or.
