We explained this last year NW has the hardest requirements therefore they get the highest number. The higher the number the harder it is to get into your school.

Edit: I do have experience as a child carney depending on RVs/campers. Most of my advice is about lying to people in the places you're at. You can use lying to your advantage and it's something I would recommend to a lot of people in various situations.
