Gotta love Lucas getting ridden to the ground and Frazier getting hit. No call. Iowa gets tapped. Foul. FT line beating us again against Iowa.

Another Iowa flop, and the refs immediately blow a fastbreak dead.

Losing to Iowa twice in their worst season under Fran is unforgivable.

Not even about the opponent. It’s just terrible basketball. I see no difference than when groce was there. They’ll be in the basement for the foreseeable future.

If you see no difference, I have faith no in your basketball iq. The offense is completely different. We just graduated nearly all of our talent and size. Once we recruit a few players, we'll be ok.

Illinois chucked up 30 3s and hit 48% of them (14).

Iowa took only 14 3s and instead ran the offense thru Tyler Cook and Garza tonight.

Sorry, mine wasn't updated. Looks like 25 shots inside of 5ft.
30 attempted 3's says different by Illinois and Iowa attempted just 14. when a team shoots that many 3's and start fouling in the last 2 minutes the FT numbers are going to mount.

Bohannon takes a elbow to the mouth and the foul is called Bohannon. another elbow was thrown by a Illinois player and no call.

Finally Iowa got the benefit of the official,

You gave up 90+ to Iowa. You play a foul happy defense. Bad shot selection. Air balls. Same story different year.

Iowa had 30 attempts well before 2 minutes. It’s ok. Michigan will take you out and then it’s silly season!

not to mention Iowa out rebounded them 40-20.

Nichols who done much the last month as a career high of 32.

Iowa broke a 5 game losing streak in the BTT tonight, Fran improves to 2-7 in BTT games.

Both of those were reviewed and no calls.
8 of your ft's came in the lady 2 minutes. The other 33 were not.

The two and ones that should've been on the ground accounted for 8 points.

I watched Te'jon get pulled to the ground and then Bohannon hits a 3 because your guys had him on the floor. I watched Frazier get hit twice in the same play, once one the shot, and Bohannon gets a touch call on the other end. I watched Frazier get knocked yup the ground on a layup and then they went to the other end and called a foul (good call) on Finke.

It was egregiously one-sided tonight. Your bigs consistently got away with blocking fouls on screens that were called on the other end.

I am half-tempted to make a video outlining them, but my laptop unfortunately met its demise.

Just got back from my event and was ecstatic to see that the Hawkeyes live to fight another day. Wanted to come on here and read the message boards about the game before I watched the 2nd half, though. I see the Illinois fans are bickering about the refs. Here's what I have to say to that without watching the 2nd half: Illinois is 341st in fouls committed, which means they do it a lot. To go along with that, Iowa had more fouls committed in the 1st half, so the law of averages says that it's bound to go the other way in half #2
