We shot nearly 50% from 3. We didn't need Mathias. I know I read it a lot, but you're really one of the worst posters on the board.

the defense looked better in the 1st half then it became a shootout in the 2nd.
what I like is that these will be returning and they will add 3 guards to this group.
Bohannon 25 points, 6 assists and 1 steal, 5-7 from 3 and 8-8 from the FTL
Garza 20 points 8 rebounds 1-2 from 3 and 3-3 from the FTL
Cook 19 points 5 Rebounds 2 assists 7-10 from the FTL
Moss 6 point 4-4 from the FTL, 5 Rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block,
now add a solid starter and this team will be very dangerous.
then is Baer moving back to being the 6th man
7 points 1-2 from 3 4-4 from the FTL, 3 Rebound, 2 assists, 1 steak and 1 block, doing what he does best.
even Dailey had 3 assists 1 steal and 1 block. with 1-2 from 3.
next season this team is going to be very fun to watch as they grow as a team and work on defense.

Groce's players. No athleticism. Few shooters. This system requires athletic shooters. This is Underwood's first year outside the top 15 in offensive efficiency. I will happily take a bet that by year 3 you will be singing a different tune.
Groce just ran the ball through Brandon Paul and Malcolm Hill. We would be even worse with him.
Defense will foul a lot by nature. I'm more suspect about that.

How many athletic shooters are in the Big Ten? Good luck with that.
Offense will be even better though, which means more points. So even if our defense stays the same we probably win more games
just like Bohannon was constantly being grabbed shoved all night long. yet he still managed to score 25 points with 5-7 from 3. its funny people say he is to slow and unathletic and yet nobody has really stopped and he also got 6 assists tonight,
the key was pounding it inside to Cook and Garza and they recorded 39 points with most of them in close.
It'd be nice if Devin Bookers grew on trees.

Bohannon got so many touch fouls called for him, I'm surprised you used him as an example.
He also had 5 TOV. Looked frazzled until he got repeatedly put on the line. Very similar to the first game in that regard.
Illinois has one on their team. He just has motor issues and has only played a year and a half of basketball.

I'd take him in a heartbeat, but he wasn't exactly the type of player we were talking about. I.e. lanky wings.
and 25 points the last 2 games and Fran benched in the Minnesota game. Bohannon now has made 93 3's in 32 games vs 89 made 3's in 34 last season.
hmmm you point out his 2 worst games and 1 in which Fran benched for the rest of the 2nd half for shall we say dogging it.
since then he has scored 50 points in 2 games going 12 of 21 from 3 57.1% from 3 .
Mr All or Nothing, Kipper Nichols. Underwood has sat him because he doesn't play hard so many times. Then he goes off. One of the most frustrating players on the team.

You Purdue fans have gone off the ledge this year. Anything less than a final 4 will be a failure, and a huge indication of where Painter can take you.

Minny only has to score 69 points in the 2nd half to match Iowa. lol Iowa off to a good start in the tourney for sure.
