and I thought Crean's buyout was ridiculous. Fran hasn't won a damn thing, arguably the worst coach in the B1G, and has an astronomical buyout for the next six years. Is Gil the AD?

Michigan is a weird team. I don’t think they are great but when they are hot they are pretty damn good. When your whole team (especially your center) can hit the three you can beat anyone.

you mean you are upset about Fran having the 2nd longest winning streak in the BT and going to 3 straight NCAAT in 7 seasons after only going to 3 in 11 seasons?
Fran is getting Iowa back to what it was under Lute and Dr. Tom before he was run off? do you want to go thru that again when the future is looking pretty good?

as I pointed out when Fran had just 2 4* players
went to the NIT Championship game then 3 straight NCAAT appearance. 4 straight 20+ winning seasons having a 18 win season in year 2 and a 19 win season in year 7,
under 4* PG Gesell and 4* C Woodbury in a 4 year period as 4 year starters won the 3rd most in Iowa's history, behind the Armstrong and Marble 4 year run. of which they hold the #1 and #2 stretches. this was because there was 2 other 4 year starters that graduated before they did.

even under Fran he has guided Iowa to the 3rd and 4th best 4 year stretch of wins. he has earned that contract.

after the Dr.Tom fiasco I would think people would have learned something. but I guess not.

Fran is 2nd as of now with a winning streak of 6 seasons.
