North Carolina vs Kentucky

Actually I didn’t search your post. I just came across your pic.
Love how I started out on topic but two other posters have an obsession with me & derail the thread.
Can you two just stay on topic?
OK guy. Didn't mean to make you feel like a victim by pointing out hypocrisy.

Let's get back to the topic. Deal?

I know you aren't referring to me, since you quoted me ITT.
I just thought it was weird for him to say "I keep reading". Didn't realize he couldn't tell it was a double post.

Which reminds me of a story. I was with this girl once, and UK made a basket, they showed the replay and she said "look they scored again".

Anyway. These posts and post in other threads have been very complimentary to UNC and their chances against UK.

No sir!! That does not fit the agenda. He must flame UK at every opportunity! You should know this by now.

actually I said I keep “hearing”. I live in Ky & have heard over & over that UNC can’t rebound with UK. I then read it ITT & brought it up. Sorry for trying to talk about the subject on hand.

Why only quote some of what I said? I clearly said that I’ve been hearing that & then read the same thing ITT.
Sorry if it’s over you head.
I, for one, believe you. I, in no way, believe your fake wife said this though.

You've heard and read a couple of people said UNC can't rebound with UK. I posted where I've read different.

smh.

As a UL fan once said on here, "if we score more points, we have a chance at winning".

I’ll just wait to talk about the game later. It obvious the resident dickhead won’t stay on topic.

Yea, not sure I agree about UK beating UNC on the boards. UNC is always great at rebounding under Roy. I think its going to be an up and down game, very fast. But UNC is just a tad better.

The UNC that played Gonzaga wins by 5-10 points.
The UNC that played Texas & Michigan gets beat by the same amount.
This game,IMO, is nothing but a toss up.

There's just not been any consistency from any player or stat this year for me to feel good about. Yeah, we shot good last game, but we've shot good before and then laid an egg the next game. I don't know what to expect.

I'm not so sure about that one. Ed Cota might have something to say about that one.
He liked high school so much he stayed an extra 3 years.
Cota played his freshman and sophomore years at Brooklyn's Samuel J. Tilden High School. As a sophomore, he averaged 31.5 points, 11 assists and six steals per game and led his team to the semifinals of the New York Public School Athletic League.[1]

Cota underwent a devastating family tragedy in the ninth grade when his parents were in a car accident in Panama that would hospitalize them for several years. His mother spent a year in the hospital, his stepfather spent two and left in a wheelchair, never to regain use of his legs. He struggled to stay on track in school but was helped by the return of his mother and help from his high school coach Eric Eisenberg to get him counseling and find a prep school to attend to get a fresh start.[2]

He then enrolled in St. Thomas More Academy in Oakdale, Connecticut, where he led his team to the New England private school title his junior year as he averaged 21 points and nine assists a game. He was selected for the United States Junior National Select Team and played in the 1996 McDonald's All-American Game, which featured future stars Jermaine O'Neal, Stephen Jackson, Mike Bibby and Kobe Bryant. The one-time truant high school student also excelled in the classroom, eventually finishing his high school career as an honor roll student.[1]

Bad match-up for UK, especially considering the guards can't keep opponents from driving the ball wherever they want, nor can they defend the 3 for shit. I wonder if Cal will utilize the zone at all, as much as he hates to. It might be their only chance to keep it close.

We only really have one guy who consistently drives well though. Neither team is really good on defense so it probably just comes down to who hits their open shots.

Meeks won a chicken wing eating contest against Perry Ellis for the grand prize of a 12th year of eligibility, no questions asked.

I don't feel that would be a fair fight.

Why would UK want to run with UNC? Feel like that's playing right into what UNC does. If this happens I'm sticking with my UNC by 33 prediction.

I hope Higgins is officiating

IDK if you're talking about me, but I'll go along and not respond to your nonsense any longer.

You don't add to this board. Us arguing doesn't add to this board.

Our game is running. We won’t change that just because of who we are playing. We always run with Carolina. The game two years ago, both teams were in the hundreds.

UNC averages 10 PPG more than UK. They like to get easy buckets in transition. UK will burn clock on offense in order to get good looks rather than shooting it within the first 15 seconds of the shot clock just for the sake of speeding up the game. Offensive boards for UK will be critical to limiting those transition buckets for UNC.

I wouldn't want Higgins at the UofL game because all he would do is call plenty of make-up calls for UK as he just completely hosed them vs UNC. :) Has to make it look legit.
Didn't his court case get moved to Kentucky. Pretty sure he couldn't call a game in Kentucky, or against UK if he wanted to.

Maybe he gave up. Is it still going on?

Pussy.

UK did this once before this season with a team that wants to run, granted that team is amazing, but I just don't think it's a good idea.

Lots of reasons most of us are predicting a Carolina win. I don’t think it’s going to be particularly close.
