Hah! I enjoy RDR, but best game ever made is a big statement. Its fun, for sure. They BETTER let you get a pet dog in an expansion...
For you PS4 experts: I want to get my kid headphones with a mic to go with her PS4 (it’s what she requested), but wasn’t sure what brand/model to get. Any recommendations?
How much are you looking to spend? I like the ones I just bought from Meijer and they were about $50. Don't really need anything more than that for casual gaming and if you go much lower you sacrifice quality.
Either way, I like these and paid $50 for them (I think..... maybe it was $40).

How do you use your player online in a game? I don’t want to use him against the computer.
You can play 2on2 or 3on3 in the neighbors (park) or you can enter the Jordan Rec Center and it puts you in a 5on5 game. Ideally you find people to play with because being able to talk through chat about screens, switches, etc. helps a lot.
Are those on the main menu? I just created a player 10 mins ago and then the game wanted me to play in China or something.
So you can go through the China prelude or you can hope directly onto an NBA roster.
You build up the players attributes and badges by playing MyCareer games against the computer or park/rec games. You do this all through the MyCareer option on the home menu.
My advice would be to use him in MyCareer until you have some badges and attributes built up. It’s also good practice on finding out how to use your player in competitive games.

What build did you make? There are some builds that are really good and some that kind of suck. Before you waste your time or money building them up you should make sure it’s a good build.
I did google a good build before I did it. Slasher/ Shot creator SF. 6’9” 225 with a quick release.
I play mostly online on the player control and it fits my style the best.
I’ll upgrade my player once I figure out how to get online and play with him.
Cool. My buddy has a slashing shot creator and he is fun to play with. I like to play with Pure Sharps the most because I have a Glass Cleaner and can rebound-kickout their missed threes.
@hailtoyourvictor ah man, I have a PS4 but it's mainly a Hulu/Netflix player for my girlfriend these days. I play on PC steam, unfortunately for the 2k franchise the dev's just seem to refuse to put anti cheat systems in, so every single game on park I'm up against guys with 110 attributes, HOF everything, 7'3 guys running past everyone. Fun stuff lol, just gotta be careful who I line up against.

I’d delete the game if I ran into that crap. How unrealistic the three point shooting is annoying enough. Guys shooting 60% for three in pro am is dumb.
Been saying for years I'm sick of the cheaters on steam, but I'll probably cop 2k20 on PS4 next year. Nobody runs any rec center/ruffles except a bunch of hacker squads. And usually by the time my daughter is asleep nobody is online. Plus talking smack to randoms was fun, mics just make you crash on PC
I’m horrible at defense. I don’t press Y and use the right stick, but my player always feels on skates. I’m an 89 overall sharpshooting shot creator (shot creator primary) but I feel way too slow. Any help? I play on a 55” 6 yr old TV.

Your guy won’t be great on D just because of the archetypes you picked, too.
Don’t try to steal too much. Blocking is also generally overrated. Keep those hands up to challenge shots and usually you’ll do better than if you try to steal and block everything.
