Again, nobody is arguing the NCAA's decision. They had to make that decision because UNC designed the scam so they could slip through the loophole that the NCAA created.

Again with the "you're posting old links" crap. How am I going to post new links? They don't come out with new facts every day. The scam is over, UNC had to change the class to actually fit a real curriculum and the NCAA made their ruling a year ago.

Believing in those things is as logical as UNC starting AFAM knowing there was a loophole in case they got caught.
If they wanted athletes to get an easy grade, all they had to do was start a weightlifting class like Stanford & Oregon.
