They can be challenged by a handful of teams. There have been plenty of elite teams that have fallen short of a title and Duke as a team is not some unbeatable juggernaut. 2012 and 2015 UK were better in recent memory.
I think they are safe from a pre Elite 8 upset as I don’t see any team likely to be seeded 4 or less that would have the firepower to beat them full strength. After that they can be challenged and beaten by Gonzaga and UNC. Beyond that, I think it would take a pretty remarkable effort for anyone else to take them out including Tennessee.

I don’t doubt that all. I don’t think there’s any shame is losing today to them. They executed when they had to, which is what upperclassmen are supposed to do. We didn’t have the maturity to keep attacking and they exploited it.
They seem like great kids, and i’m proud of UT this year. It’s nice to see success across the conference, especially for kids who have dedicated 4 years to the school. It’s refreshing.

They were. We didn’t do ourselves any favors either, but they executed and UK didn’t. Credit to them.

Umm no, with a healthy Zion I think Duke is the best team in the country....probably followed by UNC...IMO...
