I’ll guess either UPS or Amazon. Has that company man feel to it a place like those preach to management.

The workers have all the leverage right now, especially in hospitality. Not enough good workers to go around and they can always hop to another place who needs them. That might change in 6-12 months.
I just moved and switched jobs, so I'm low man on the totem pole in my department. At my previous job though, I was in an informal management role and being groomed for a supervisory position. I was asked who I'd prefer to supervise and requested that management give me co-workers who weren't my 'friends' precisely because I wanted to be able to be a dick when it was called for. That's harder to do when you're managing guys and gals you've worked next to who you consider work friends.
