I'm going to say no. Traditionally, I've always had 6 games a week. This season I've gone with 7 games a week (except in the double-points weeks), because it seemed like there was roughly one cancelation per week. So, if we have one forfeit, that would put us right at where the averages should be, 21 being the max points with 6 games. Would just be too capricious for my liking to accept forfeit outcomes. Nobody could reasonably forecast which games or teams are more likely to have cancelations.
