Team
Louisville
Louisville will probably be ranked headed into Bloomington next weekend.....I don't think we'll win. We'll need Nwora to be on instead of trying to force it and Enoch/Williams with a paint presence.

Think it will be a good game though.

Game is at 2:30 est and unfortunately my ONLY final this semester happens to be Saturday from 1:45-4:15. Take me prolly 2 hours, so I'll miss the first half and a little of the 2nd :( Hey at least I get a 45 min head start! Let TV teddy run the show so I'll see the whole second half!

Go Cards!

Happy with this team, we play hard, and our defense is coming around. Def worthy of a top 25 ranking.

Month ago---I would have agreed. Now? Not so sure. And especially if Morgan is out.

Rules are pointless. Two major scandals in 4 seasons and instead of the death penalty there are 0 repercussions.

This will be a good game, IMO. Looking forward to watching it. Also hoping Assembly Hall collapses during the game. :D
Serious question, why the hate for Assembly Hall? Just wondering if there was something about it that you really hated, or if its just because its Indiana thing?

Theres no telling what team will show up each game. With it being at home, if it's the team that ran Marquette out of the gym...I don't think UL will be able to keep it close. This has a lot to do with theres not many places to play that's harder to win at then Assembly Hall when it's a big game and they get a great first few minutes of the game.

However, if the team that's been showing up the past 5 games...UL will end up winning. I don't think there's a lot of grey area here. I think its going to be one of these options....IU wins big, or UL pulls it out. If we knew before hand that IU was going to win, but didn't know the score...I'd bet that its going to be a double digit win over a 1 point win. I don't think this team is tough enough right now to win a 1 point game against a top tier team.

Yeah we’re playing at Indiana, meanwhile Kentucky will be playing northwestern Idaho st on a neutral site. There are 353 teams, Kentucky has the 334th hardest schedule. WHat classic was that called Cal made up? Ohio river valley classic? Laughing

Assembly Hall is historic, unique set up/look and incredibly loud, but for maybe 30 or 40% of the fans, it is a terrible venue for watching a game. The upper rows and balcony almost made me nauseous (and the scoreboard practically blocked ur views too). There are so many obstructed views, I was shocked. But it still gave me chills when I went there. Just an odd experience. Tremendous home court advantage obviously.

You do realize that the OOC schedule UK is playing this year is 10x more difficult than UofL has played the past 10 years, right? Your all's marquee game that past 3 years, out of the game you are forced to play, has been Indiana. RollLaugh

And way to totally deflect from your all's blatant cheating.

What brought up the past? You still living in the past crazyboy? Your coach is scared, K and Penny are taking his alpha’s and leaving you with betas. So schedule like a little bitch. Lol

You're getting funnier lol. First time in decades Louisville has a non-conf schedule that has a pulse and all the chest puffing. We're playing the same team you guys played yesterday.... Its December, no more sisters of the poor on our schedule.

You are stupid if you think your OOC is better this year. Oh wait, you didn’t claim that because you know our’s is better so you had to refer to last year and further in the past to fit your dumb narrative. What a nerd you are.

I've probably have went to 30 games/Hoosier hysteria over the years, and I never really thought the upper balconies were that bad. Especially once they put flat screens up there. Actually, the most enjoyable Hoosier Hysteria I've ever went to was sitting up there. I made my wife and daughter happy that I took them to it, plus I just relaxed and watched it on the flat screen.

But, I know I'm in the overwhelming minority here about those seats. Doubt theres really a way that most of the complaints people have will ever be able to be fixed....short of tearing it down and building a new one.

Also, I completely agree about the chills the first time there. My first time there I was probably 15 and when you turn the corner to start walking into the gym and your walking up that slight incline...then 1st thing I saw was the old scoreboard....after seeing so many games on TV to finally being able to see the place...was definitely a cool moment for a young teenager!

Speaking of the old scoreboard....I was up there doing work in the dorms and needed to get some stuff they had in storage for me. Normally they kept the majority of extra dorm furniture in the upholstery shop, but for some reason this time they had rented empty tractor trailers and put them in a field behind the golf course. So, as I'm pulling up to the new location...there it was...the old scoreboard. I'm ashamed to admit this, but it was actually a really sad moment. It was just in the open rusting and deteriorating away.

You could probably make an offer to buy it instead of letting it sit there decaying. I mean, I don’t know what you’d do with it but you could probably flip it to someone who would know what to do. Like a local bar or something.

I haven't been able to make it up to Assembly Hall since the renovations, but I believe I remember seeing a picture where they cut it in half and hung it in both entrances. I could be wrong, but I keep going back to that mental picture.

Back when I saw it in the field/gravel parking lot, I actually did hint around about them selling it if they are going to just let it waist away. (Since my accident took my profession away from me...im poor now and probably don't have the money to by a calendar with a picture of it on the front lol...let alone the real thing)

I was told way back then that they had some plans for it, but this person didn't know what that was. No idea if hanging them up like they did was always the plan or not.

Somewhat related story here.

After the 1988 championship, Kemper arena gave the basketball floor to KU and they had it tucked away in storage at Allen Fieldhouse. A bunch of athletics offices are actually in the building since it connects to the athletic department offices (used to atleast). The swim team office is in there and my old coach came across it one day and asked the university what they planned on doing with it. They didn’t have any plans so they let him take part of it and he ended up renovating his house with it. His whole main floor at home was re-done with the original court from that game. Lane lines, 3 point lines, free throw box and all. It was pretty cool.

So much dumb here, but consider the source.

Cal is 9-1 against U6. There's nothing scary about Mack and his merry band of role players. Penny is showing what a great coach he is with a stellar 3-4 record coming off a loss to Texas Tech.

DJ Jeffrries talking smack about beating UK when his high school team can't even beat Scott County. He and Wiseman will get to freely showcase their talents, but will be lucky to play in the Big Dance, let alone survive the first weekend of it.

9-2, and that was when he was getting the alpha players. Calipari has looked like he’s aged 20 years over the past 3 years. Even with more talent than most teams, his betas fold and your coach does too. If Calipari doesn’t have a clear talent advantage, he ain’t winning unless it’s in Rupp.

.....yet another example of the endless theories of U6 fans that wind up wrong.

Rock and U of L are good posters, but they can be blinded by their UK hate. Every time there is smack talk towards UK, it is on the back of other teams. The board has gained quite a few Duke fans since November.

....9-1. See NCAA ruling on U6 and vacated wins for reference.

Another theory that is complete bs. You're a better poster than that. JC however isn't. Why stick up for the raftards? You don't see me sticking up for Zipp, kerry, or beasley..

Did Archie Goodwin talk smack? He never played in the dance either.

But your team still gets the loss, look it up blockhead.

Lol nah, you've been the zipp of raftards and this board for quite some time. Just own it and accept it, your feeble mind will sleep better at night.
