UNC @ Michigan gameday thread

Game of the night for sure. Vegas says Michigan -3. I’m looking forward to this game and seeing how Carolina handles a raucous ass crowd. Maize and blue will be ready to bring the heat tonight.

I think home court wins out. With that said, UNC is a good ball club and could certainly pull off the win. I’ll take Michigan by 7

Well, if there is a 15-1 run he will let them play through it for sure. It is a frustrating thing but the payoff seems legit so I suffer through it.

I like UM a lot in this one actually. I just think UNC is still weeks away from being a really good team.

It’s hard to lay an egg when you play elite defense. Michigan made it to the finals last year with a bunch of ugly offensive performances and this years defense is a significant step up from that group. Offensively they lack one true star but Mathews, Brazdeikis, Poole and Livers are all capable of having big games.

I mean, Little is one of 5 guys getting at least 20 minutes a game. That is pretty good for early in the year Roy. Roy isn't going to play anyone 35 minutes.

I would say they don't have as much of a game to game home court advantage as most powerhouse programs. Stadium is built more like a pro arena for when it was built and too many old folks in the loudest seats. Roy seems to do almost as well on the road as he does at home. Plus I remember more head scratching losses at home than on the road over the last 15 years.

They get noisy for the Duke game but that seems to be about it. Maybe NC State as well.

The school in Derm for sure. State can be hit or miss sometimes , folks just never know if they need to be taken serious or not from a fan base standpoint. Roy is always ready for sure!

When UK comes it gets pretty hyped too. It was for this one 5 years ago.
