Saw a thread about CJ Walker (FSU) leaving, and I do enjoy watching the transfer market.
Don't really care who's transferring in (atm), so just give us the quitters..

Hu VC, saw quite a few names I recognized

Kam McGusty, Oklahoma
Matthew Moyer, Syracuse
Mark Smith, Illinois
CJ Walker, Florida State
Jacob Young, Texas
Brandon Averette , OK State (most guards for the Cowboys are leaving now that I look at it)

Averette needs to go someplace where the ball is always in his hands. Dude loves him some over dribbling.

Averette got a sniff of Michael Weathers and Nope'd it right tf out of Stillwater..

Another Kansas City kid about to take over. I think folks nationally are going to be shocked how good Weathers is going to be in the BIG 12, day one.

I will openly admit I want(ed) Weathers over Moore.

Gotta hope I'm wrong about it now, tho.

Yes he struggled, like 85% freshmen in the country. Loads of talent that can be molded.
Eh, he was historically bad for Illinois. Offensively he's got talent. Defensively he's just not agile enough.

So did I! I watched him and his brother a couple times there in high school for Shawnee Mission North. The kid is a winner.

Lots of really good grad transfers have already made their intentions known. Jeff Capel should go hard after some of these guys:

Mid-Majors:
Mike Cunningham, USC Upstate
Wyatt Walker, Samford
Justin Coleman, Samford
Aaron Calixte, Maine
Ryan Taylor, Evansville
Abdul Lewis, NJIT
Joseph Chartouny, Fordham
Kyle Castlin, Columbia
Jontrell Walker, Ball State
Miles Reynolds, Pacific
Nat Dixon, Chattanooga
Novak Topalovic, Idaho State
Evan Boudreaux, Dartmouth
Makai Mason, Yale (Committed to Baylor)

Power Conferences:
Tory Miller-Stewart, Colorado
Tariq Owens, St.John's
Ryan Luther, Pittsburgh
Ar'Mond Davis, Alabama
Kory Holden, South Carolina
Keyshawn Woods, Wake Forest
Michael Finke, Illinois

Most intriguing players for me would be Ryan Taylor, Evan Boudreaux, Tariq Owens, and Keyshawn Woods.

Would love to have Mark Smith as a 4 year guy. Schollies full though.
No you wouldn’t.

The kid is Charmin soft, a shockingly-poor athlete, and his parents are high-maintenance.

The Blake Harris transfer to N.C. State occurred in January. Wolfpack are about to be his 6th school in 5 years. Wouldn’t shock me at all to see him transfer again.

James Banks, Texas (!!)
Ty Wynyard, Kentucky
Marcus Carr, Pitt

Wonder where Banks will end up..

NC State seems to have a bit of a logjam in the backcourt. Harris would be eligible in December, but he'll have trouble finding meaningful minutes. NC State returns the starting backcourt of Markell Johnson, Braxton Beverly and Torin Dorn. They're also bringing in impact transfers into the rotation with the likes of CJ Bryce (17.4 ppg on a 29-win UNCW team) and Devon Daniels (10 ppg on 20-win Utah team). Lavar Batts and Saddiq Bey may also steal a few minutes off the bench... State's frontcourt will be relatively thin, so I'm guessing Torin Dorn and Devon Daniels will see a lot of time at the 4. Still, minutes will be hard to come by.

What I have so far from the B1G:

Outgoing transfers
Curtis Jones - Indiana (Oklahoma State)
Michael Finke - Illinois
Te'Jon Lucas - Illinois
Mark Smith - Illinois
Brady Ellingson - Iowa
Christian Williams - Iowa (Indiana State)
Dion Wiley - Maryland
Davante Fitzgerald - Minnesota (Stephen F. Austin)
Isiah Brown - Northwestern
Johnnie Vassar - Northwestern
Eden Ewing - Purdue
Matt Bullock - Rutgers
Ibrahima Diallo - Rutgers (Manhattan)
Andy Van Vliet - Wisconsin

ACC Transfers:

Pittsburgh - whole team minus 2 guys that didn't play. Capel will try to retain as many as possible.

Jalek Felton- UNC
Darius Hicks- NC State
Shaun Kirk- NC State (UNC Pembroke)
Omer Yurtseven- NC State (going pro or transferring)
Samuel Japhet-Mathias- Wake Forest (San Jose State)
Donovan Mitchell- Wake Forst
Keyshawn Woods- Wake Forest (grad transfer)
Justin Moore- Georgia Tech
Matthew Moyer- Syracuse

This is a transfer in, not out. But word from my source is FSU will be getting David Nichols from Albany as a grad transfer to replace CJ Walker. 17.9 points per game last year. 37% 3 point shooter, 20% assist rate. Not sure he’ll be quite the defender as CJ, but a solid addition to be sure.

Possible Mooney(SD State) to Indiana.

Matt Mooney is a solid player. Would be a really good pickup I think. (Isn’t he South Dakota, not SDSU?) I wanted FSU to end up with Mooney, but bird in the hand and all that. Competition for Mooney is intense and Nichols wanted in—had to make sure we walked away with someone.

Also, looks like CJ Walker will head to Ohio State.

SKJ is out as of today. I wish him the best. I could see Virginia being back in play for him.

We could definitely use him. Hearing that Bennett will definitely reach out to him. He'll probably end up at UNC though.

SKJ showed a lot of promise at the end of last year I thought. He could fill the Wilkins role at UVA.

F**king Austin Nichols

After that kid sits for a year, he’s going to be awesome, wherever he ends up.

He’s got the skill, and now the confidence, just needs the body to hold position down low, and he’ll be a force.

I'm hoping WVU gets one of these two guards, both eligible to play immediately. Both have pretty big lists of schools though.

Joe Cremo, stud shooter and scorer for a pretty frisky Albany team. Probably one of the best offensive options in the transfer market. 46% from 3

Ehab Amin, kind of a point forward but I'm calling him a guard at 6'4", good all around player with a crazy high steal percentage. Played at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and sat out last year
