Tennessee vs Kentucky

I really think Della and uncfaninky need to hook up they would be perfect for each other. Both have to get the last word in, and justify why they are right in every post. We can have our second rivals wedding after phillfan and elicott ties the knot

I doubt Della has a Dallas Cowboy's tattoo on her ass, but maybe she wears yoga pants and jogs in an overseas park.

It's a longshot, but possible.

You’re clueless. Your program is only as good as your coach, Gillispie should’ve taught you that.
LMAO, do you really want to make this statement?

I mean, we can go down that road, but I'll remind you, U6 had Pitino and Petrino. Shall we go over what those two gems taught the University of Louisville???

I still love you Della. I bet you are a wonderful person; a strong willed woman.

My wife is also a strong willed woman, and I am going to be married to her 53 years if we live 'till August.
Thanks Bert. :)

I think a good marriage is making the sum of the parts more valuable than the parts value individually.

You still haven't given a reason you think that. I think it will be a big game with big atmosphere. I think the UK Yunglings crack under the pressure.
Yeah, because UT players and coaches (past and present) have been in more big games than those at UK. LOL. Get ready for a Big Blue welcome at Rupp. The Vols will fold in that atmosphere. Plus, we are younger, but we just have more talented players and better coaches.

Between UT and UK, the Cats are the only team that has folded in a big game.

I agree y'all are younger, but I see that as advantage Vols. I agree y'all have more raw talented players, but I would bet on seasoned veterans over raw recruits. Finally, I don't think your coaches are better than UT's at coaching. Our coaches have done a great job.

Finally, Players and coaches of the past are irrelevant to our upcoming game. You're a UK fan and y'all know a lot about CBB, but that is one thing y'all have wrong.

If you're talking head to head? UK has won the big game most recently, the SEC tourney champ game. You know, all those seasoned vets folded against the young little kitties in that game that mattered...

I'm responding to the comment made by Wildcat fan. He suggested that UT would fold in a big game, though UT has not folded all season in a big game, UK has.
You may not like it, but UK has been the only one of the two teams that has folded in a big game this season, why would a UK fan bring that aspect up?

If you or he wants to argue, don't pick points that y'all are the weakest in.
That is just dumb.:)

UT folding in the game coming up at Rupp won't be their own doing. They're going to get folded and put away by the home team.

There won't be any folding of UT, but UK will be disheveled more than a cheap suit by the time the Vols finish with them.

I expect UT to turn the UK younglings every way but loose.:D

Keep hoping Della.

You're the queen of picking points to argue...

That is probably true. Unlike some UK fans, I don't try to defend the indefensible.

UK solid points:

UK talent advantage
UK jelling as a team
UK home arena advantage

UK stupid points:

The past has anything to do with this game. ( Jodie Meeks can't save you and neither can Adolf Rupp)

Claiming UT will fold, UT has been the most consistent team in the country

National titles matter (Duke, UK, and UNC have multiple losses) Their national titles didn't save the and they won't save y'all

I hoped for victory at Rupp last year, I expect victory this year KL.:)

You're basically the same team as last year, and we did beat you so it's not like we cant. Were a different team this year. One that I feel is better...

These are two different arguments you've been having with multiple UK fans being tied together, which is not how the conversations have been going.

No UK fans will tell try and argue your "stupid points" for one game or one season. I don't think any UK fans actually believe because we have 8 titles they're going to help us beat Tennessee this season. If there are fans that believe that, then they are simply wrong. UT and UK both have great teams this year, I expect both games to be close.

Now in the long run, when discussing how a program will perform in the future instead of just one season or a few, then those points are actually quite relevant. Again, two different arguments, but just wanted to make a point about them. If you find a UK fan that argues our history will help us win a single game, then I will gladly call them out.

We beat you twice and at your place and are a better team in that we are more experienced. You can look at the our player stats and clearly see this. An example would be that Jordan Bone (PG) has more assists Feb 6th than he had for all of last season. There are other examples, but I won't bore you.

I agree that y'all are a different team, but you lost some quality as well as gained some. However, you didn't replace the experience.

There are plenty of UK fans that argue the "blue blood" argument as if it has any bearing on our series this year. They do it all the time.

I do not engage in discussions of what will happen regarding programs long term for three reasons. First, I don't care. Second, I live in the moment. Third, I don't know what will happen in the future and I don't think anyone else does either.

Btw, how are you doing? I think about you and pray for you regularly now.
