Sweet 16 re-seeded

I'm cool with the reseeding. It makes for some interesting debating points based on how each team played their first 2 NCAA Tourney games but ultimately how it translates onto the next weekend's games is anybody's best guess. The way KU played their first 2 rounds isn't really much different than the way they've played this season. They have a tendency to make each game more interesting than it should be. Very few times will they blow out their opponent but instead they tend to grind things out. From a fan's perspective it's nerve-racking but I do like the way KU is playing at the moment.

It's not re-seeded based on how good they think the teams are going forward. It's based entirely on how the teams looked in the two tournament games up to this point. Clemson just thrashed Auburn by like 45 points and you think it defies logic to consider that an impressive win?

What made you throw uk in with duke and nova? Besides blatant homerism.

I'll be clear. It was a flippant post and I don't much GAF if you agree. Not going to waste time debating a theoretical reranking. Who ****ing cares.

Only to the extent needed to offer redress to asshat posts.

I'm just educating on the fact that this wasn't a ranking of best teams or resumes. It was simply ranking most impressive 2 wins thus far in the tournament.

WVU’s record justifiies a 5 seed and I don’t get ESPiN’s logic here.
Even though WVU beat Texas Tech 3 times but Tech ended up a 3. Compare UNC's resume to WVU who got a 2 seed. I'll stop now because any more will just hurt your feelings.

It’s already been explained and that poster still can’t grasp it. You’re wasting your time.

Well, if you explained it, that would explain why I didn't see it.

But yes, obviously, it's based mainly on the first two rounds. Thanks Mensa. Still makes little sense to seed Purdue higher, or a Nevada team that fell behind a million points both times and had to rely on collapses by teams that got complacent.
