I think I know who the 1 seed is... the 16 seed is escaping me. Did it happen in 1990?

If I remember correctly it was Lehigh vs Georgetown? I know it was very close, but not sure if it went to OT.

The thought of Fran McCaffery taking a 1 seed to overtime makes me chuckle.

Yeah I definitely didn't get this one. Although Michigan State is the 1 seed I was thinking of. Guessing you just didn't want to hold onto the question for too long...

Alright, which two teams were involved in the highest scoring game in NCAA Tournament history?

You are both correct. Loyola Marymount against Michigan in the 2nd Round of the tournament in 1990. LMU took down the defending champs 149-115.

Whichever of you two are prepared for a question, feel free to take it away.

@Villian07 you can have the next question. I never would have got it if you didn’t say Loyola Marymount first

Hell I only knew Loyola Marymount was involved bc of the ridiculous amount of points they scored. Had no clue it was Michigan or that they even played Michigan.

Plus I suck coming up with trivia questions.

Oklahoma? I think they had 3 under Tubbs and then 2003, 2016 and maybe even 2009.

Correct. They've earned a 1 seed 5 times and have always come up short. You're up!
