I would have kept Mich a 1 seed despite losing the player. I didn't see a surging 2 seed or a 2 seed with an overall body of work warranting the 1 seed. I understand the case being Michigan may not have been able to compile their profile if Livers didn't play all year, but that puts us into a lot of speculation territory. We can only use the info we have.
This year has pretty much been all about 2 teams. An argument could be made if Livers was up maybe he has something for Juzang and Michigan is probably still playing. Tough break for Michigan, for sure. Board would have been a lot more fun this week if they were in the F4.
