PSA for Duke Fans

I think Duke fans are happy with Bagley having the ball in his hands. You could argue that he doesn't get it enough in some stretches.
Well hell yeah, if I had Bagley on my team I would want him to shoot it more and Allen a little less. Carter doesn't take enough shots either, IMO.[/QUOTE

Carter can be pretty passive at times. He gets a lot of touches where he passes back out of the post instead of making a move

The Duke fans very thankful for the Jones family. : )

I remember many saying the same thing about this years Duke team.

I mean, it is kind of true for this Duke team. I don't think it is their fault though or even a problem necessarily. It is kind of unavoidable when you have that much elite talent.

Sharing the ball was not a problem at all at any point this year. Which kind of puts to rest, in my eyes, the notion that there is only one ball, blah blah blah. If you wanted to tell me they would be in trouble for their lack of defense at times, I’d go along with that.

The narratives some run with is sometimes off base. Shocking, I know.

I always looked at the 'one ball' deal as guys shooting when other guys should probably be taking those shots. Seems like that was the case now and then when everyone seems to agree the bigs probably should have gotten more shots at times. Again, I think that is always going to be the case on an uber talented team. Someone is probably not going to be getting as many shots as they probably deserve. Also, it isn't really a negative either. Not sure why it seems to be offensive.

Seldom do I ever watch a team, even if they run a lot of iso, and think they are actually selfish.
