I’m talking about times when it was immediately clear there were shenanigans. Jussie Smollet’s story wasn’t believable the first time I heard it; nobody says, “MAGA country.” And it was apparent the first time watching the video with the drumming Native American that the kid was just standing there kind of unsure what to do in an awkward situation. He wasn’t trying to fight the dude or antagonize him.
The Michael Brown shooting required more investigation.
The point is that the media didn't wait for more of an investigation. They went right along with the false narrative.

All of the ‘news’ networks suck. I don’t think anybody disagrees
It seems like the "news" perpetuates the liberal narrative 99.9% of the time. As a liberal who doesnt like the message, what do you do about it?
Nothing to be done about it. The ‘news’ we’re talking about reaches the same number of liberal eyeballs and conservative eyeballs. The Conservatives go to one channel. The Liberals go to two channels. If we talk newspapers, the Liberals go to about three, the conservatives go to two or so. If we’re talking podcasts and websites, the numbers are infinite both ways.
And the Liberal outlets aren’t worse than the Conservative outlets at peddling false narratives that split the country. Divided opinions are good for viewership. They all serve their bottom lines.
I rarely post about politics unprompted. It’s almost always in response to an already political post.
IRL I’m never the guy to bring up politics.
Since I have been going to our bar. (+/- 5 years) there has been a good group of 20-25 regulars. Most of them I assume are conservative, some clearly not. But for the most part, politics are never brought up by the regulars. Since I have run the bar, we have a rule, politics are only discussed outside, in the back corner of the lot by the septic tank. I have handed out 5 or 6 30 day bans so far for people who can't respect the no politics rule. They're all conservatives. I actually hate getting caught in conversations with conservatives more than I do libs. They make me feel embarrassed, most times. Thankfully, I can only think of one time where I met a Q freak.

Our party would be so much better off without those nutjobs.
Both are funny. Mark Normand and Tim Dillons sets are amazing. Burr has grown on me throughout the years. Sorry it offended.
It was a bit. I think the dude is ****in hilarious. Trevor Noah not at all. Watch the link I sent after. If you still don’t think it’s funny, that’s your problem brah. Dudes like Tim Dillon and Mark Normand are absolutely killing right now, and guys like Tom Segura and Burr can vouch. They know the deal. I also think Theo Von is pretty fuggin funny.
I did watch it and it was talk show into level jokes. Maybe I’m spoiled by how awesome Billy Freckles is but that just wasn’t that good.
