IDK what that means. You don't have to have a subscription to post here. Did he try logging out and logging back in? That's the best I got. I'm not the IT guy.
I looked at his account. There are no bans or blacklists that would prevent him from posting. Has he tried on a different device?

It charged my card twice....My subscription was up for the IU board...But that subscription always came as part of Rivals Subcription---it allowed me to pick a team board.
