I'm watching a 2011 documentary "Revenge of the Electric Car". 2nd part from "Who killed the Electric Car?"

Anyway, Bob "Mr. Detroit" Lutz (VP GM), credits Elon Musk and even thanks him for helping him convince GM to get back into the electric car space after the EV1.

I just found that funny with all the revisionist history going around now.

The more and more I know about Elon, the more I like him and appreciate him.

What’s funny to me is major syndicate programming like Fox or CNN/MSNBC are essentially the same thing. They’re just catering to an audience that they know will get them viewership, and in turn monetary stability.

It kind of blows my mind that people tune into these stations habitually. My dad (whom is retired) watches it all day/everyday, and he sounds like a lunatic at times…regurgitating fodder that was spoon fed to him based on pure emotion from these “pundits/actors”. Actually, it’s kind of scary when you think about it.
theyre all the same, pure lies and fear porn, just catering to their audiences. idk how anyone can stand watching news, it seems like youd just be pissed all the time because its all negative and often wrong or at the least highly misleading. sometimes when a major national event happens i like to flip from fox to cnn for a bit and see the contrast in coverage on the same topic. its pathetic
