Not sure how it is where you're at. But my house's market value is up over $100k from what I bought it for just 4 years ago.

I'd venture to guess a majority of athletes that knelt would completely boner a real interview about their stance and knowledge of the issues they claim to support and protest for. They would repeat the same drivel they have heard on national tv but would drown if they tried to swim in water deeper than 6 inches. Its like LBJ trying to sound academic after reading the first page of a novel.
