Is time for hospice. They'll take care of it. A hospital in CA sped it up when my wife (cancer) decided it was time. Enough morphine to basically stop the breathing. I'm for it.

I’ve done two debates on this; one freshman year of high school and one junior year of college. I’m for it, with the obvious and sensible restrictions that one would expect.
The Hippocratic Oath says ‘do no harm.’ I think there are instances when a person living in pain against their will is more harmful than acting in accordance with their will and facilitating a peaceful death.
If a person is terminally ill and of sound mind, I don’t see why they shouldn’t be allowed to ask for an injection that will let them die when they so choose.

I feel like a patient should have autonomy over their health care as long as they have informed consent. I also don’t feel like physicians should have to perform that procedure if it’s against their belief. Have a specialist field that handles those cases if necessary.
Have you ever done it? Sure, we can do it through email, or book our own online. But we have dealt with the same woman for over ten years. Give her a call, tell her what we're interested in and she sends us plenty of options to choose from. Not so sure what's so 1995 about that.
