Fauci’s just came from a freedom of information request, which is why they contain a whole bunch of nothing. Public officials on government servers and networks know their communications are not private, so they usually toe the line.

BLM wasn’t/isn’t as idiotic as you want it to be. President Jesus did a terrible job handling it. His message was something like, “Cops are universally great, you’re all wrong and your opinions don’t matter, I hope you all get shot.”
If you have to excuse 90% of the idiotic ideals of BLM to validate and support the 10%----its a shitty movement.
Many of those ‘core tenets’ were developed after the primary protests. Maybe their leaders suck. Does it matter? They were protesting injustice in the policing of black people. You don’t think there are problems with the way black communities are policed, so it’s idiotic to you. I think there is a problem with the way black communities and people are policed, so it’s not idiotic to me.
Do I think white people need to hand over their wealth or jobs to black people? No. But it doesn’t matter. Supporting their right to protest doesn’t mean you have to agree that they should get everything they want.
It absolutely does matter.
Here's the thing. You don't excuse idiotic behavior by hiding behind a valid cause. You don't protest injustice by acting like deviants. You don't get to break laws to protest injustice. Furthermore, injustice has to be....actual injustice. You don't get to slap the term on every situation and have it be valid.
BLM is a trash organization as a whole. I do not support it.
I do support all people who agree that any form of racism is wrong.
I believe that policing is an impossibly hard job and they get it right a staggering high % of the time. If an officer commits an offense on a citizen he should be punished accordingly. I believe much more attention should be focused on the personal accountability of people breaking the laws in communities than anything else.

And yes, you do break laws to protest injustice. At least, that’s what occurred in every meaningful protest that has brought about change in the country’s history.
Do you riot? No. Did BLM riot? No. Did some people outside the guidance from BLM organizers riot? Yes.
So the top of BLM is corrupt and says blatantly racist stuff while making outrageous requests,....so now you are excusing the top, excusing the bottom, and throwing your weight behind guidance from BLM organizers?
Im pretty sure idiotic behavior and incompetence do invalidate BLM. The cause is fighting against racism. BLM has created more racism by the aforementioned idiotic behavior from the top down.

I’m sure some of the rioters participated in the BLM protests. That doesn’t mean BLM endorsed rioting. Every group in the world has bad apples. Most priests don’t rape young boys. The ones that do don’t completely invalidate Christianity.
Remember, we saw protests with tens of thousands of people in the streets (per big city). We saw rioters numbering in the hundreds (per big city). That’s a fraction of the people who showed up to protest and not all were participants in the peaceful protests.
It’s not just the Catholics fondling little boys. They are the best at it, though.

He took umbrage for being called out. It sounds like he's saying whatever comes out of his mouth is scientific, purely factual. Yet, he's contradicted his own statements previously. He's also corrected or revised previous statements that he made. That's part of the scientific process. You don't simply accept things as they are and say, "the science is settled." Academic researchers are constantly challenging previous papers, because that's what you do in science. That's how you advance and progress.
