I've never seen it but a friend of ours is really close to one of the main guys the story is based on so we plan to. Here in Clarksville we have some connection to basically any movie based on a recent true story regarding the Army. I used to work with the wife of the real life dude in Blackhawk Down.

I saw it today. This is a fairly real depiction of a special forces ops that I have ever seen in a movie. ODA’s (A Team) working closely with indigenous people and using CAS. It was a bit cheesy, but still a fun movie. I enjoyed it and give it a thumbs up.

Just knowing these warriors were our first strike back after 9/11 makes it worth watching.
