So, you expect me to believe that two sides asked about the payment because it didn't happen? One side asked about it, and then showed him evidence of his prior testimony to jog his memory because it didn't happen?

Good chance the NCAA gets to see what Bowen said originally. He had another chance to say that he didn't get anything from them, but again just said he didn't recall.

It's a secret recording of an agent discussing Oregon making an offer. That is evidence, so yes, you are.
Beyond that, there is testimony of Brian Bowen Sr claiming Oregon paid him. You can speculate all that you want that he didn't, but that makes absolutely no sense in the scenario. You're being willfully ignorant.

I’m not going to say this tape doesn’t exist, I’m simply asking you to point it out.
