I don’t really care who plays on the U19 team but we can probably agree to it’s significance takes a small hit when Furst makes it.
I’m sure Painter helped get him an invite. But there were 27 players invited and Painter has nothing to do with the final team selection. That is Jamie Dixon’s gig.

Furst hasn’t made the team yet but he did survive the first cut to 17 So he must’ve been deemed more worthy than 10 others.

Davis made the first cut. Doubt he makes the top 12. Don’t really care either way. Just don’t get injured.

It is actually a legit USA team, unlike the U19 Southwest East Corner Select USA 3x3 that Trojan has been so conerned about over the last several years.

Do you have a list of the 27 invitees?

Do you hear yourself?

Morton was on team USA as a junior well before committing to Purdue. You think Painter greased some hands to get him on some meaningless 3 on 3 team just because he was coming to Purdue? Lmao you need help
It's actually kind of impressive that he just keeps on going like nothing happened after being this owned.

thank you

Lol Painter got Morton and Wheeler on USA teams in recent years. And no, Furst is not one of the 17 best 19U players in the country lol.
Weird - Morton's team USA credentials seemed bona fide enough for Rabby to include them in his story about Morton's "awesome" visit to Bloomington when he was a junior.

Sallis was the cut that surprised me most.

Oh, and it's clear Matt Painter hates Chris Holtmann because both Meechie Johnson and Zed Key were cut. :)

Torched? Lol. I guess you missed the MSU and Michigan fans that agreed there is a Purdue bias when it comes to the U19 USA team lol.
Have better coaches and then maybe they'll be asked to coach for USA teams? Sounds like an issue of envy.

I don’t care? This all started because a Purdue homer asked why Logan Duncomb wasn’t on the USA team and Furst was.

It was bait and you fell for it easily and then proceeded to get torched.
I took your bait and then baited the rest of the Purdue homers into it. It appears only Purdue people think there is no bias in this situation. You would think it would help you guys recruit better players.

Baited us by being wrong on simple facts like Morton doing team USA stuff well before he committed to Purdue? Please continue to “not care” lol.

I can’t wait for Furst to be MJ level like Ivey. Since he was able to beat out all the bigs in front of him to earn his way onto that team, we should expect big things from him this year… lol
